Our company has been engaged in cable harnessing and electrical assembly manufacturing for nearly 30 years. During cable harnessing, we tailor the cable length, bundle composition, color sequence, and install the required connectors and electrical accessories according to customer specifications. These products are primarily used as key components in household appliances and automotive applications. Our customers are typically leading international machinery manufacturers in their respective fields.
The processing of cables is primarily done using KOMAX precision machines from Switzerland, and a significant portion of our workforce has extensive experience in this field. These factors, combined with our quality-oriented approach, ensure customer satisfaction. In 2022, a substantial part of our machinery was replaced with new equipment.
Our strength lies in our ability to produce both small-batch and large-volume products in a cost-effective manner. We prioritize flexible customer service and strive to meet short deadlines, despite often dealing with components with very long lead times. The technologies we employ include automatic and semi-automatic cutting and crimping, pneumatic pressing, ribbon crimping, processing of IDC connectors, soldering and spot welding, machine and manual cable bundling and tie-wrapping, as well as heat shrink tubing using infrared technology. We can also provide the assembly of electrical units in ESD-protected work areas to meet customer requirements.
